SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Z-Fanatical Fitness is the ultimate results-oriented small group training program. Nothing is left to chance with this 3-Dimensional approach to fitness (Exercise, Nutrition, and Mindset). 5 different levels allow everyone to exercise at high intensity.
Members are given a monthly progress report to track improvements during a free Z-Assessment given before the beginning and ending of each package. A Weekly-Z is provided which includes Nutrition and Mindset tips to induce a lifestyle change. Additionally, members receive social support through access to an exclusive, interactive facebook group where they may ask questions to their Z-Coach and interact with other members of Team Z.
All Z-Fanatical workouts are 10 minutes or shorter in duration and use no weights or equipment. Workouts utilize threshold training (intervals and circuits) to ensure that everyone regardless of fitness level can train at high intensity. Each workout isolates one muscle or muscle group in 10 minutes (i.e. Abs, Legs, Arms, etc.).

ORIGIN OF Z-FANATICAL FITNESS
While attending the University of Pennsylvania, nationally ranked wrestling brothers Gene and Jeff Zannetti exercised constantly to stay in peak physical condition.
Travel days, excessive workloads, unpredictable schedule changes, and vacations posed a challenge. How can you burn fat, get stronger, and build endurance with limited time and space and no equipment?
Research continually shows that you can achieve these results with consistent 10 minute workouts as long as your effort is near your personal limit. With this in mind, the Z-brothers developed high intensity workouts they could perform to get serious results with no equipment, only a few square feet, and within 10 minutes.
Elite wrestlers train at high intensity in short workouts, which is the secret that helps them burn fat, get stronger, and build endurance. These goals of wrestlers mirror those of most people. Many have asked for these simple and effective workouts, but there was one more major problem- few could keep up. People have different personal limits.
So how do you get ordinary people who are out of shape exercising at the same intensity as a collegiate athlete?
To solve this problem, 5 different levels were created so that everyone could train at their own limit. However, the workouts were still too difficult for some people. Modifications were added to make the exercises even more accessible to a larger population.
Finally, a system was created that allows EVERYONE to achieve measurable results within weeks. These results are easy to observe as you quickly remove modifications, jump levels, and notice dramatic changes in your body.
Z-Fanatical Fitness has since evolved into an AFAA, WITS, NASM, ISSA, and AFPA approved group fitness class.

DISCOVER THRESHOLD TRAINING
Everyone has a threshold; a personal limit. The fastest way to see results is by working near your personal limit. Studies show that threshold training maximizes metabolism during and after workouts and builds lean muscle faster than any other methods. Z-Fanatical combines high intensity interval and circuit training to push everyone to their threshold.
